Even before '2020', we were set up as a fully remote agency. Not only does this save emissions through less (only to meet up) travelling and money, but people deserve a work environment they can grow with. That could mean starting a family and wanting to spend time with them or travelling the world and not worrying about how that impacts their career.
Selfishly, that also allows us to hire the best people across the UK and, hopefully one day, the world.
Being 'remote' means more than just working from home to us.
Communication is at the heart of everything we do, from our work to our relationships both internal and with clients. Fundamental to open communication is trust and honesty.
Our culture is built on supporting each other and becoming part of ours client’s teams. We all chip in and lend our knowledge on campaigns and projects, which ultimately leads to more successful results.
Being 'remote' is analogous to who we are as an agency. We're willing to challenge the standard practices and processes others follow, which allows us to rethink and redesign for success in everything we do.
Sometimes not everything goes to plan in our work - and that's completely normal - but we will always do what we said we would. We keep our word.
As an agency, we regularly provide charitable donations to those who need support. We discuss between us which groups we should donate to and make sure we're doing what we can to help out.
